YouMetry: your drone telemetry on the video, and the flight replayed in 3D
Every DJI flight leaves an SRT file next to the MP4. It holds the altitude, speed, position and time of every frame. Almost nobody opens it. YouMetry, our Mac app released in late August on the Mac App Store, lays that DJI SRT telemetry over the video and replays the flight in 3D over the real terrain. Version française.

The gauges place themselves
Drop the MP4 and the SRT into the window. The app reads both, aligns the data with the frames and places the gauges: altitude, speed, distance, ground track and route. Some models write the telemetry inside the MP4 itself; YouMetry finds it there too. Mini, Air and Mavic 3 files are tested. If your model does not parse, send us a few lines of the file and we fix it.
The flight replayed in 3D over the real terrain
This is the part pilots ask about. The route replays over the exact elevation, with high-resolution aerial imagery loaded along the way. The camera is free or in follow mode, and the drone sits at its precise position at every moment. The twenty-two seconds above explain it.
Export, editing and live
Burned-in export goes up to 4K. If you edit elsewhere, YouMetry outputs a transparent ProRes layer to drop over the video in Final Cut, Resolve or Premiere. The app also reads GoPro (GPMF data) and OBD-II from a car or motorcycle, and streams live to YouTube with the gauges on screen.
What it costs
$14.99, CHF 14 or €17.99, one-time. No subscription, no account, no upload of your files: everything runs on the Mac (Apple Silicon). The price will rise after the launch period.
